Rebecca Kingsley Sewall
Rebecca Kingsley is an artist, musician, real estate broker and investor.
Born and raised in Portland, she left Maine at 15 to pursue a music career. Rebecca trained in some of the most respected music conservatories, including Interlochen, Walnut Hill, and New School for Jazz and Contemporary, later becoming a world-renowned professional singer based in New York City.
Rebecca also attended Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts as a religious studies major, focusing her interests on American Indigenous peoples’ spirituality– And while belief systems vary widely amongst these traditions, Rebecca was drawn to the common theme of the importance of place. Back in grade school, Rebecca moved through nearly all of the Greater Portland school systems, and as an adult, her first career as a professional singer meant she was touring all over the world. It’s no wonder, then, that Rebecca was called to focus both her academic studies and own experience on the sacred importance of place and belonging… a journey that would land her back in her hometown and to the practice of real estate.
Rebecca first met her husband and business partner, Brian Sewall, in 2012 at a blues club as she was about to go on stage to promote the release of her first of three albums, which featured a collaboration with R&B /Jazz legend Bernard “Pretty” Purdie, Jazz guitarist Mark Whitfield, and three-time Grammy Award-winning recording artist Wyclef Jean. The dynamic duo fell in love, and eventually found a niche in multi-unit fixer-uppers, pairing Rebecca’s entrepreneurial spirit with Brian’s hands-on skill set and design expertise. Rebecca earned her real estate license with the intention of buying and selling properties with Brian. But her first year’s sales totaled in the millions, including the biggest sale in Cumberland County history.
Years later, Rebecca and Brian have continued on a trajectory of success, buying and selling renovation properties, adding rental properties to their investment portfolio, and helping clients buy and sell. She is a member of the Maine Association of REALTORS®, York County Council and Greater Portland Board of REALTORS®

Rebecca Hatch
Rebecca Hatch is a detail-oriented, master multitasker and problem solver, dedicated to the success and growth of Peninsula Real Estate. She leads our team of happy, thriving agents and offers herself as a huge resource to our real estate clients. Rebecca Hatch has a gift of being able to relate to all types of personalities effectively– Perhaps she is drawing on her psychology degree, as she smoothly guides buyers, sellers and industry colleagues alike through what can often be a stressful time.

After more than ten years of working in real estate at a local law firm, Rebecca Hatch became a licensed agent in 2015 with Keller Williams. She and Rebecca Kingsley (“the Rebeccas”) first began their work together in 2019 as colleagues at the Hatcher Group. Driven by their shared values and guided by a warm spirit of collaboration, the Rebeccas joined together at Peninsula Real Estate in January 2024.

When she’s not working as a real estate superhero, Rebecca Hatch enjoys being active with her son, Wyatt, and their pup, Chewie.

Tracy Argondizza
Tracy is an energetic, magnetic go-getter. Her impressive history of professionalism and leadership began in the 1980’s serving in the Navy, perhaps most notably as Social Assistant to James Webb in Washington D.C. After moving to Maine to raise her son, she took a role at LL Bean that entailed several trips to Japan during the LLBJ startup. In 2006, she purchased the Bay Club, now the most prestigious gym on the Peninsula– For the last 18 years, she’s realized her dreams of building a strong, positive foundation for staff and members to build healthy, happy, and prosperous lives. Now, she’s excited to bring this same energy to Peninsula Real Estate!

Of her long list of accomplishments, Tracy is most proud of her son Brandon, his success as a wonderful human being, and his work in the Alaskan non-profit, Native Movement. Tracy’s happiest and most fulfilling times are spent with her husband, Andy Argondizza, a professional musician, master gardener and fabulous cook. Through the years, Andy has nurtured Tracy’s interest in singing and made it possible for her to perform with his bands from time to time. When she’s not at the Bay Club running the show, or running around town with real estate buyers and sellers, you can find Tracy with her family at a cabin on Webb Lake or her condo in Fort Myers, engaging in hobbies like biking, canoeing, hiking, and dancing

Anya McGuckin
Peninsula Real Estate is excited to welcome Associate Broker, Anya McGuckin, to our growing team! Prior to starting her real estate career here in Maine, Anya worked internationally in fashion, high-end hospitality, business administration, and later in non-profit international exchange. Coming from St. Petersburg, Russia, Anya is fluent in Russian and English. She lives in Saco with her husband and five-year-old son. When she’s not providing “white glove” real estate services to buyers and sellers, you can find her enjoying a museum or a ballet performance in a big city.

Brian Sewall
Brian Sewall is an artist and maker who’s spent most of his life exploring his creativity through craftsmanship and design.
Growing up in Portland, Brain worked for his father in custom home design and cabinet building. Eventually drawn to industrial design, he later graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design as an Industrial Design Major and was named Designer of the Year by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). After graduation, Brian joined the prestigious RedFish firm as an Industrial Designer, where he utilized skills like prototyping, drawing, 3D modeling, and CAD work. Though grateful for the opportunity, Brian found it difficult to nurture his creative side in a suit-and-tie office environment and left the firm.
Brian soon moved back to Maine, where he resumed work at his father’s contracting company and ran a custom vintage moped shop. During this time, he also met Rebecca Kingsley, setting them both on a path toward real estate and renovation.
In addition to home design and production, Brian also enjoys welding, jewelry design, sculpture, woodworking, and tinkering in his shop.
