Ayna helped so much from beginning to the closing! Walking thru the first visit, she was thoughtful and suggestive on what needed to be done to present well and we decided a timeline of when to list the house giving time to complete a few suggested fixes. Was very involved in the entire photo process which came out great! Once listed she was in continual communication with showings and when to have an open house. She kept in touch during and after the open house which resulted in an offer very quickly! Without her professionalism, knowledge and pricing correctly, I don't think we would have had the offer as soon as we did.
